Ninety seconds on Crystal Caves
If you can see only one cave, make it this one. A guide sets the pace from the gate to the turnaround and back, which suits a first visit but leaves no time to linger.
The stair drops from a garden at the entrance, and the route goes out and back, so you see the same chamber twice. White stalactites hang from the roof, covered in crystallised soda straws.
Tours are guided throughout and there is no swimming. Cafe Ole is on the property and an ice cream parlour is along the main road, welcome after the climb out.
