Legzira Beach
Red sandstone cliffs and a surviving rock arch frame this beach about 10 kilometres north of town; a second arch collapsed in 2016. The arch can be walked through at low tide, so tide times decide the visit. Steps lead down from the clifftop parking, and the rock glows deep red at sunset.

Mirleft
Cliffs broken by small sandy coves line the coast at this village up the road toward Tiznit, with beaches suited to surfing and long walks at low tide. Tracks and paths lead down to the coves, several of them empty outside summer. Guesthouses line the main street, and grand taxis link it to Tiznit and Sidi Ifni.

Place Hassan II
Palms and tiled benches fill the main square of the old Spanish town, ringed by colonial administrative buildings with art deco lines. Once the Plaza de España, it is the natural start for a walk through the colonial grid and down to the sea cliffs. Cafes around it fill in the evening, after the fog lifts.

Spanish Military Treasury
Opened in 1938 as the treasury of the Spanish garrison, this art deco building later served as Spain's consulate and is now a listed monument. It is viewed from outside. Walking the grid of streets around it reveals more colonial facades in blue and white, with rounded corners and porthole windows.
