Visiting

Once ashore there is a church, a museum, and a path round the edge. The platform is barely wider than the building standing on it, so a visit is short by design. Inside the church the ceiling and walls are covered by Tripo Kokolja, a local painter of the Baroque, in something over sixty canvases fitted to the shape of the building. The museum upstairs holds what sailors left behind for safe returns. Outside, the reason to stand still for a moment is that the bay is around you on all sides and the mountains behind Perast are the same walls seen from the water.
