Things to do in Rosalie

Why you should go

Ninety seconds on Rosalie

Leatherback turtles come ashore on the black sand here between roughly March and October, and the bay is watched through the season by a local group. The Rosalie River meets the Atlantic at the same point. The sand here is black and the surf is open ocean, so it is a nesting coast and not a swimming one. Turtles come ashore between roughly March and October and the nests are watched by a local group.
